A LIVE 2-DAY EVENT · DEC 1 + 2
For owners who are done being the bottleneck

Suit Up.

If you want to be Iron Man, you need two things: the suit, and Jarvis.

Two days where we open the doors and show you how we run a 7-figure business, and our actual life, on AI in under 30 hours a week. You'll see the real systems and the real screens, and how to build your own, without ending up busier than when you started.

Both sides, covered
The trap nobody warns you about

You added AI to everything, and somehow you're busier than ever.

Remember when email was going to give everyone their time back? It just created more email. For most owners, AI is headed the same way. The tools aren't the problem, ChatGPT and Claude are right there, free, today. The problem is what you're doing with them.

You're bolting AI on top of a workflow that was already full, so now it's one more thing to manage. More tools, more tabs, more to keep track of, and somehow less freedom. And it still all runs through you, because you're the only one who knows how any of it actually works.

Wasn't the whole promise of AI that you'd do less? The way out isn't more AI, it's rebuilding the way you work around it, so the load finally gets lighter and you can hand off whole projects instead of babysitting tasks.

The whole idea

What's the difference between you and Iron Man? He has the suit. And he has Jarvis.

Take away the suit and Tony Stark is just a smart guy in a garage. Take away Jarvis and the suit is an expensive costume. He needs both, and so do you.

The Suit

Your AI setup

The brain you plug your business and your life into. You own it, it's just folders you control, and it's never trapped inside one company. While the tools are changing this fast, that matters: you can switch or run several at once instead of betting everything on one.

Jarvis

The system inside it

The skills, agents, and routines that actually run the work. This is where the leverage lives. Build it well and it stops feeling like an AI project, it's just a clearer, better-run business, which is the part that hands you your time back.

This is our Jarvis. Lifehack HQ writes us a briefing every morning.

Most people grab the suit and stop. The real difference is Jarvis. Over two days, we open ours all the way up, in the real business we run and the real life we live.

Why take this from us

We don't just talk about AI. We run our whole company and our home on it.

A 7-figure business and a life we genuinely like, both running on under 30 hours a week each. None of it came from working harder. Here's some of what these systems have actually done for us.

$100,000+
cut from our operating overhead, every year
$15,000+
in software replaced, eliminated or downgraded, every year
📈

Our coaches handle more clients than ever. Internal dashboards and follow-ups that used to slip through the cracks now run on their own.

💚

Clients stay longer and stay more engaged. Retention and engagement are both up, because nothing gets dropped anymore.

🏡

Our home runs on it too. A system that teaches our kids the value of contributing, gamifies cleaning the house, and makes meal planning simple.

🚀

We promoted our entire team. We trained our coaching staff to manage their own AI agents, so everyone moved up a level.

✨

We built client features that weren't possible before. And there are many more on the way.

🌅

Most of all, we got our freedom back. All of it serves one thing: doing great work and living a great life, with more time for the people and things that matter most.

Inside the two days

Two hours a day. We open everything up.

It's not a slideshow and it's not theory. You'll watch the actual systems we run our business and our life on, see what they really do, and leave knowing how to build your own. Day 1 you build the AI Brain and the hats that run on it. Day 2 you build your own software and get more out of the software you already pay for. Live attendees also get special bonuses.

DAY 01
Tue, Dec 1
11AM–1PM ET

Build the suit.

11:00
Tour the HQ we run the whole company from So that you see the finished suit before we take it apart, and know exactly what you're building toward. Today's priorities, the hats working in the background, the apps we built for the business and the house, all on one screen. Most people added AI and got more tabs and more half-finished chats. This is what it looks like when AI takes work away instead. Every session after this opens one card from it.
11:15
Build your AI Brain inside the tools you already pay for So that you can start this week in the drive your team already uses, with nothing new to buy or learn. Google Drive, OneDrive, Notion or Dropbox. Your AI Brain lives there as plain files and folders. There's no data to move, and you keep the security and encryption you already have. Client example Wemke, a child psychiatrist, built her AI Brain in Dropbox. “I went into the bootcamp an AI dabbler and came out AI literate.”
11:30
Rent the intelligence and keep the brain So that no AI company owns your business, and you can switch to the best and cheapest model any day. People who built their business inside custom GPTs are scrambling to get it back out. Your AI Brain works with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or whatever wins next month. When one goes down you switch and keep working. Our example When Claude went down, we kept working in Codex off the same AI Brain.
11:45
Build a glass box you can see inside So that you can see, fix and trust everything your AI knows and does. The platforms selling “AI employees” keep your setup in a black box you can't read. Yours is glass. We show you the three parts that make it work: instructions at every level so the AI knows how to behave, indexes so it has a map, and a canon so it knows what's true. Client example Peter, a financial advisor in a regulated industry, runs four automations on real client data, with a privacy setup he designed so client names never reach the AI.
12:00
Cure your AI's amnesia So that you stop re-explaining your business every time you open a new chat. Your AI is Lucy in 50 First Dates. It wakes up every morning with no memory of yesterday, and its built-in memory is patchy and hidden from you. The context flywheel keeps your AI Brain current by itself. Amy's coach dashboard shows it working. Our Zoom insight engine files every coaching call into the AI Brain as notes and insights, and the dashboard puts those calls next to each coach's capacity. Our example Our AI Brain caught a $5,000 problem with our home HVAC that the experts missed, and walked us to a full refund inside the warranty window.
12:15
Give your AI a hat So that whole jobs come off your plate without another hire. Agents, AI employees, digital workers. Whatever the ads call them this week, it's a hat. One hat per job, built on your AI Brain, so it knows your business on day one. Meet Sloane, our Head of Coaching hat. She reads the coaching reports and call transcripts and hands Demir a digest: what's on plan, what's off, what nobody is watching, and the one decision to make. Client example Beth McHale, who runs a marketing agency, built two AI mentors and three skills on her AI Brain and used them to deliver a 16-post series for a client.
12:30
Ask your business a question and get a straight answer So that you know what's working in your marketing without digging through five tools or waiting on a weekly report. Our metrics dashboard ties every lead and sale to where it came from and flags what changed. Our ads dashboard gives our team and our ad partners the same live numbers. Type “we've barely had leads the last three days, what's going on?” and the answer comes back from real data.
By the end of Day 1: you've seen a full AI Brain up close, you know how to start yours in the files you already use, and you've watched hats and dashboards run on top of it.
DAY 02
Wed, Dec 2
11AM–1PM ET

Bring it to life.

11:00
Build the software nobody would sell you So that the problems no app solves for you finally get solved, without hiring a developer. Custom software used to need a developer, so it only got built for big, expensive problems. Now you describe the problem and AI writes the code. Client example Kat Robey, a counseling practice owner, built 27 projects in a month with zero code and calculated a 1,136% ROI on her AI Bootcamp investment. “You don't need to code to build.”
11:15
See the apps that run our house So that dinner, chores and the kids' learning run on a system instead of on you. The cleaning app that turns chores into a game. The kids' learning dashboard. The meal planner that picks dinner and fills the grocery cart. Client example Sandra, a vet practice owner, has an AI that reads her kids' school emails for her every day.
11:35
Cut $15,000 a year in software So that you stop paying for software you could replace, drop or downgrade. We've replaced, eliminated or downgraded $15,000 a year in software. Our biggest Zapier workflow now runs on a tool we built. Supermetrics is gone. We skipped a Hyros upgrade by building the reporting ourselves, and we're on track to replace it entirely. Client example Kat replaced a $250-a-month practice dashboard with one she built.
11:50
Get more out of the software you already pay for So that the tools you're already paying for do more than you knew they could. Some tools are worth keeping, and AI gets you everything you paid for out of them. We'll show you the WebinarGeek feature we'd paid for all along and never knew about, and what it does for us now. Client example Dave built a meeting-agenda tool that pulls from five systems he already used, and had it working four days after kickoff.
12:05
Hand your Asana and your inbox to AI So that your inbox and task list get cleared and sorted, and you only touch the decisions that need you. Demir's triage skill reads his inbox and his Asana together and sorts both by theme. You watch it clear a week's pile.
12:25
Write a sales page and its emails in one sitting So that your page and your emails come out of one sitting and tell the same story. One brief becomes the page and the email sequence together, in the same voice. Client example Missy cut course scripting from 15–20 hours to about six. “I came in able to do the work. I left with the proof.”
12:40
Meet the tool that answers our YouTube comments So that your comments section sends people what they asked for while you're offline. A small tool we built ourselves. When a viewer comments a keyword, it replies with the link they asked for.
By the end of Day 2: you've seen what happens when the software fits your business, and you know which tools you'd build, drop or squeeze harder first.

Be honest with yourself before you grab a seat.

This is built for one kind of person. If that's not you, save your money.

Yes if
  • You run a business, or you ARE the business, and lately it feels like everything runs through you.
  • You've been dabbling with AI, plenty of tabs open, but it hasn't actually handed you any time back yet.
  • You're not technical and you can't code. Good news: you don't need the answer, you just need to know what you want, and the AI figures out the path.
  • You'd rather rebuild how you work than bolt five more tools onto a full plate.
  • You want your evenings and weekends back, not just a faster to-do list.
  • You'll actually show up for two hours a day, two days in a row.
Probably not if
  • You want a hands-on, build-along coding workshop. This is a show-and-tell of the real thing, not a session where you build live.
  • You want done-for-you AI consulting.
  • You can't attend live and can't watch the replays.
  • You're looking for hype and magic. We show the real thing, work-in-progress and all.

Demir Bentley
Demir Bentley
co-founder · productivity & AI coach

WSJ & USA Today bestselling co-author of Winning the Week and an Asana Certified Pro. Carey builds the systems behind everything you'll see, and she's the reason we run a 7-figure business in under 30 hours a week, on purpose. Day 2 is her world: the same setup, running your actual life.

A note from us

Why we're really doing this.

We've spent the last two years rebuilding our entire business, and a lot of our personal life, around AI. We didn't bolt it on top of what we were already doing — we rebuilt from the ground up around it.

It gave us our time back. Our team got more capable instead of more stretched, our kids got a household that actually runs, and our clients got things we couldn't have given them a year ago.

Dinner planned for the month, groceries included.

For a long time we kept all of it behind the curtain. Suit Up is us pulling it back. Over two days we'll show you exactly what we built, what worked, what didn't, and how we'd do it again from scratch, so you can do the same in your business and your life.

AI serves the freedom lifestyle. We're not a productivity company, we're for people who want to do great work and still have a life. AI is just how we get both.

We can't wait to show you what's possible.

From the people we've shown this to

What it sounds like when it clicks.

In one month I built 27 projects, zero code written: two financial dashboards, a hiring system my team actually uses. The provable ROI on the bootcamp was 1,136%. The real return is that I finally have the business outside my head.

Kat Robey
Founder, Let All Thrive Counseling & Coaching

What used to take me 10 to 20 hours now comes out in about an hour, and more accurate. This is how I get the output of a ten-person firm out of one person. It's like driving an automatic for the first time. You don't go back.

AM
Aaron McLoughlin
EU public affairs advisor, 30+ years

I came in feeling behind. I left with four automations running every day to support my client workload. If you're in a regulated business and you think you can't safely use AI, you can. You just build it differently.

Questions

What people ask before they join.

What if I can't make it live on December 1 or 2?

Replays go up within 24 hours of each session and stay live for 30 days. Come live if you can, since the Q&A is where a lot of the value is, but the replays have you covered either way.

Is this hands-on, or do I just watch?

You watch us run the real thing and walk you through exactly how it works. You won't be coding along or building live, it's a show-and-tell on purpose, so you can actually absorb it instead of scrambling to keep up. You take notes, and you leave with the blueprint to build your own.

Do I need a paid Claude or ChatGPT account?

Not to attend, no. It's a show-and-tell, so you can just watch and take notes. When you're ready to start building your own afterward, a free Claude or ChatGPT account is plenty to get going.

Will this work for my business and my life?

Yes. Day 1 is about your business, and Day 2 is about your home and personal life, where a lot of the fastest wins happen. The approach works whether you run a team, a solo practice, or a consultancy, and the personal-life side applies to everyone.

Do I need a team?

No. Plenty of attendees are solo. Everything we show works whether you're running 30 people or just yourself, and a big chunk of Day 2 is about your personal life, where team doesn't matter at all.

I'm a Lifehack Tribe member, is there a member price?

Yes. Head to the order page and make sure you're logged in to your member account, and your Tribe pricing is applied automatically. If you hit a snag, email support@lifehackmethod.com and we'll sort it out.

How is this different from AI Advantage (your existing course)?

AI Advantage is a self-paced course that teaches AI workflows. Suit Up is a live look behind the curtain at how we actually run our business and life on AI, with the thinking and the watchouts laid out. Different format, different purpose. Many people do both.

What happens after the event ends?

You keep your replays for 30 days, plus the blueprint to build it yourself. At the end of Day 2 we'll point owners who want to go further toward our AI Bootcamp, where we actually build all of this with you. Completely optional, no pressure.

Is there a refund policy?

Because Suit Up is a live event with limited seats, all sales are final and there are no refunds. If you can't make it live, your 30-day replay access has you covered. Still not sure it's a fit? Check the "who it's for" section above, or email us before you buy and we'll help you decide.

I have a question that isn't here.

Email support@lifehackmethod.com and we'll answer it personally. Good questions get added to this list.

December 1 & 2 · 11AM–1PM ET

Two days. Two hours each. And AI finally working for you, not the other way around.

You know the difference now between bolting AI on and rebuilding around it. We're going to open up exactly how we did it, business and life, screens and all. And if part of you feels behind, let that go, there's no behind here, only what you build starting now.
